If a course isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No hoops, no lengthy explanation required.

How to request one

Email hello@colejennettecoaching.com from the address you used at checkout, and tell us which course you bought. We'll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Good to know

Refunding a purchase ends access to the courses it included.
Bundles are refunded as a whole.
Requests after 14 days are considered case by case.

Refunds are issued by Abenteuer Enterprises LLC.
